And it’s been revealed this week, that former Miss Universe Jennifer Hawkins, 33, has sold her Newcastle investment property ahead of auction.
Realestate.com.au says the stunner got a buyer for her three bedroom pad, which was listed with a price guide of $750,000.

The publication reports that the humble home was the first ever property that Jennifer ever purchased, having snapped it up for $469,000 in 2006.
The price guide was previously $790,000 to $860,000, but was marked down.
It means Jennifer picked up almost $300,000.

It’s believed that Jennifer also has other investment properties.

Jennifer has previously told News Corp about her finance philosophy, saying she’s always worked hard and saved her money.
‘I invest my money. I’m not one to throw it around,’ she said.
‘Even before Miss Universe, I saved hard for my first car. I worked three jobs to get that.’
Jennifer – who hails from Holmesville – married Jake in 2013, in Bali.
The pair met when she was 20 years old.
‘It was one of those nights I didn’t intend [on] going out, and then I went out and I met this guy and slowly, we started a relationship,’ Jennifer told Stellar.
