Jennifer Lawrence dreams of buying farm and milking goats

She recently split from beau of one year Darren Aronofsky.

And it appears like Jennifer Lawrence is ready for a change of pace.

The Academy Award winning actress, 27, recently opened up about wanting to take time off from acting, telling Elle that she’d like to buy ‘a farm’ and be ‘milk goats’ in an interview published Saturday.

Jennifer talked about her dreams of a simpler life after seven years of shooting film projects non-stop, averaging about three movies a year. 

‘I want to get a farm. I want to be, like, milking goats,’ the star explained when asked what she has in store for the future.

The Silver Linings Playbook actress said she’d also be focusing on activism with nonprofit Represent.Us, which fights to end corruption in politics.

Jennifer’s long been a fan of farm life.

In 2012 she told Seventeen magazine ‘Growing up, I lived 15 minutes away from a horse farm, and I went there almost every day.’

The animal lover also loves dogs, the mother of petite pup Pippi.

The Hunger Games star, who’s worth a reported $110million, explained she never thought her career would take her to superstardom.

‘I’d pictured myself being in indies, living a pretty normal life,’ she explained. 

While the ingenue is looking to slow down, she still has several things in the pipeline.

Next spring, she’ll appear in the thriller Red Sparrow and X-Men: Dark Phoenix, which is said to be her last film with the Marvel franchise.

Jennifer is also penning a screenplay with pal Amy Schumer, but she’s in no rush to complete the passion project.

The actress last release, Mother!, was where her relationship with now ex, director Darren Aronofsky began.

Speaking to Vogue in September, the starlet said their was an instant spark between the duo.

‘We had energy,’ she said, ‘I had energy for him. I don’t know how he felt about me.’

The pair went public with their relationship September 2016. 

News of the duo’s split emerged earlier this week, with the split said to have happened in October.
