The 54-year-old longtime entertainer — who is married to Ben Affleck — wore a pleated, button-up white shirt with blue skinny jeans.
She added a pair of brown to-the-knee boots as she got into character as Judy Robles, the mother of athlete Anthony Robles, who the film is based on.
The Bronx native wore her hair in a side part and feathered waves that fell over her chest.
She donned large hoop earrings and a delicate gold necklace with a pendant.

Unstoppable is being produced by Affleck, 51, and his company Artists Equity, which he runs with Matt Damon.
This will be Jen and Ben’s first collaboration in 20 years, following their work on Gigli, a romantic comedy released in 2003.
Lopez’s latest movie tells the true story of Robles — a three-time all-American athlete born with one leg. He will be portrayed by actor Jharrel Jerome.
Despite his disability and growing up in an abusive household, Robles defeats the odds and becomes a NCAA Division 1 champion wrestler.
He ultimately wins a national championship at Arizona State University against the school that previously rejected him, Iowa University.
The biopic is based on the book Unstoppable: From Underdog to Undefeated: How I Became a Champion by Robles and Austin Murphy.
John Hindman adapted the book for the film, which will be Oscar-winning Argo editor William Goldenberg’s directorial debut.
Joining Lopez and Jerome in the cast are Don Cheadle, Michael Peña and Bobby Cannavale.
