Some Jeopardy contestants walk away with prize money, but Florida native Michael Pascuzzi left the stage Thursday night with a new fiance.

The camera pans to the audience and shows Shafer smiling and covering her mouth with her hand. She gives a quick wave to Trebek as Pascuzzi pops the big question.

‘I wanna ask if she would make me a winner today and marry me,’ he says as the audience claps.
