All Black Jerome Kaino has returned home to deal with a ‘personal matter’ after explosive claims emerged he had a torrid affair with an Australian ex-model.
New Zealand Rugby confirmed the player would be returning to New Zealand on Saturday.
Kaino’s wife Diana wrote ‘Devastated’ on Facebook on Saturday morning before deleting the post.
According to a close friend of the 24-year-old Canberra woman, Kaino met her in hotels in Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland for sex,The Daily Telegraph reported.

Tara Pokarier allegedly first met the married rugby star in Auckland last year, telling the friend ‘it was a purely sexual encounter’ afterwards.
The former model was reportedly crushed when she found out the American Samoan-born rugby star was married to wife Diana and had children.
‘She was absolutely devastated when she realised he had a wife and kids,’ her friend told the newspaper.
‘Tara asked him about his relationship status and he tried to cover up that he was married. That’s when she stopped hooking up with him sexually.’
Ms Pokarier’s friend decided to go public about the alleged affair so the same thing would not happen again.

The friend said Ms Pokarier had flown around the country to hook up with Kaino in hotels, and had posted happy photos of the pair on social media.
The Auckland Blues player reportedly even gave her free tickets to last year’s Bledisloe Cup match in Sydney after she met him at the five-star Four Seasons.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted New Zealand Rugby, the Blues, and Tara Pokarier for comment.

The news comes as the All Blacks are struggling to contain Aaron Smith’s sex scandal, which was reignited when Daily Mail Australia revealed the truth behind his disabled toilet tryst in an exclusive story.
