Angelina Pivarnick cried after a nose job medical scare as stress mounted following claims she leaked the disastrous wedding speech on Thursday’s episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.
The 36-year-old reality star spoke to her sister Alyssa after getting bandages removed from her nose after plastic surgery amid her crumbling marriage to Chris Larangeira, 42.
Angelina was pleased with the results of the surgery, but grew alarmed after a surgeon’s assistant revealed there had been a ‘complication’ during the procedure with her blood pressure.

‘Was it, like, high?,’ Angelina asked.
‘Yeah. So it’s high. So he’ll talk to you about it next week, though. And then we are going to have you see a cardiologist to get it further worked up,’ the assistant added.
‘That doesn’t seem to good,’ Angelina said sighing.
In a confessional, Angelina added, ‘So for me to hear that I have high blood pressure during a surgery that is that intense, very, very scary for me. With all the Chris stuff, all the roommate drama, I think that stress is really playing a big part in my high blood pressure problem. And now there’s this trip to El Paso. This is like a nightmare.’

Angelina in the clinic parking lot told Alyssa about having high blood pressure, but her sister took it in stride.
‘Are you surprised? I don’t typically consider you a relaxed person,’ Alyssa said.
‘I am very stressed out all the time ’cause of all the drama that goes on in my life. And this is what I think is really, really, really causing me to have high blood pressure,’ Angelina said in a confessional.

In her car, Angelina told her sister: ‘It’s like I’m constantly having to deal with the stress of everything, with the roommates coming at me for a wedding speech that was, like, years and years ago. I got to deal with the tabloids telling, …making up lies.’
Angelina told her sister that it didn’t make sense why her roommates were so involved in her marriage to Chris and wondered why they were believing him instead of supporting her.
‘They just want to keep going. They are listening to people, they are listening to everyone,’ Angelina complained.

While she was getting emotional, Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi, 34, and Deena Cortese, 35, were shown having lunch together and fuming about Angelina allegedly leaking video of their disastrous speech at her November 2019 wedding that caused a rift among the group.
Angelina meanwhile was overcome with emotion while talking to her sister.
‘I don’t know how much more I can take of this,’ Angelina said wiping away tears.

The season five episode titled ‘Old Mike vs. New Mike’ centered on Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino, 40, wrestling with whether or not to expose Angelina.
Mike was told by Angelina’s estranged husband Chris that she leaked the wedding speech by Snooki, Deena and Jennifer ‘JWoww’ Farley, 36, that ruined her wedding.

‘She lied,’ JWoww said. ‘That whole year took 10 years off my life when she could have just been honest and said yeah, f*** it, I leaked it, you deserved it and then we could have moved on.’
‘That one year it mentally broke me,’ Deena told Nicole during their lunch at Tre in Freehold, New Jersey.
‘The aftermath of the speech was terrible. We got a lot of hate online …the hate made my anxiety worse,’ Deena added.

Mike sent a group chat to everyone about Angelina leaking the speech and an article came out shortly after reporting the same.
‘And boom, girls are beefing again on social media. I can’t keep up. I’m like, what is going on? Every single time I turn around, there’s another article,’ Paul ‘DJ Pauly D’ DelVecchio, 42, said in a confessional.
Paul told Vinny over the phone that he didn’t want a repeat of fighting within the family and he was also worried about the upcoming group trip to El Paso, Texas.

‘I’ll tell you one thing. I can’t go through what we went through before after the wedding. It was like a year of the girls not talking,’ he said.
Mike recorded his conversation with Chris and shared it in the group chat and also spoke with someone claiming to be Angelina’s ‘side piece’.

Vinny after a boxing session with Mike talked about the Old Sitch versus New Sitch battle.
‘The Old Sitch is coming out a little bit. He was not shy to like, start problems just for fun,’ Vinny said in a confessional.
Vinny added that Mike had changed since becoming Big Daddy Sitch [BDS], but not entirely.

The episode also showed Snooki and Deena during their lunch meeting reaching out to Amy Schumer, 41, to be a guest on their in-the-works Meatball Show.
They both squealed with delight after Amy quickly got back in touch and was enthusiastic about being a guest.

Nicole and JWoww earlier met with Angelina to learn details directly from her about the status of her marriage.
Deena joined them after Angelina earlier confided that she had hooked up with fellow reality star Luis Caballero while they were filming together in Spain.
‘I’m going to cheers to you guys. Never again will I let a man bring me down,’ Angelina told her friends after revealing the divorce filing had happened.
