Jersey Shore: Family Vacation: Newly single Angelina Pivarnick slides into Jay Cutler’s DMs

Angelina Pivarnick got a reply from Jay Cutler after she messaged him on social media on Wednesday’s episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation on MTV.

The 36-year-old reality star reached out to the 39-year-old former pro football player before he competed against Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino, 40, in a celebrity cornhole competition in South Carolina.

‘This is a strategy here. Jay Cutler may be really good at cornhole, but nobody can resist me,’ Angelina said in a confessional.

Jay, who was formerly married to reality star Kristin Cavallari, 36, quickly responded to Angelina’s message during the season six episode titled Sliding Into DMs.

‘Sorry Mike. Quick exit for him,’ Jay responded.

Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi, 35, was shocked that Jay responded and soon worried about how Mike would react to Angelina interacting with his competition.

Angelina exacerbated matters by not only contacting Jay, but she also messaged all of the other other cornhole competitors she could find on social media.

Mike, meanwhile, was hanging out with his cornhole coach Vinny Guadagnino, 35, and Paul ‘DJ Pauly D’ DelVecchio, 42, and told them that he was focusing on himself and ‘positive vibes only’ ahead of the cornhole competition.

‘Right now, I feel really good. I have my head on straight. It’s time to become the athlete that I am,’ Mike said while pumping himself up.

Angelina and Snooki surprised Mike by showing up the night before his competition at the place he was renting.

Snooki encouraged Angelina to come clean and she decided to tell Mike about reaching out to his competition.

‘But all in all, if I know Mike the way I know Mike, he’ll be like, “Thank you for, like, thinking about me. He’s gonna actually think to himself, like, “How the f*** did I not think of this?”’, Angelina said in a confessional.

Angelina then confessed to Mike that she reached out to Jay with good intentions to help him in the competition.

Mike became upset after he learned that Jay messaged back and boasted that he was better at cornhole.

‘This is throwing me off my game a little bit, knowing that one of the other competitors is talking trash. This is technically sort of a distraction that I kind of didn’t need,’ Mike said in a confessional.

Angelina then spilled that she also reached out to other competitors besides Jay.

‘This is the definition of messy,’ Mike said.

‘This is the opposite of support. Talking trash with the enemy, it’s a distraction,’ he added.

Vinny earlier in the episode helped Mike train for the cornhole competition by running the Rocky steps in Philadelphia.

Mike was intimidated by the Rocky steps and kept talking about Philly cheesesteaks.

‘Come on, cornstar!,’ Vinny said while running up the stairs with him.

Mike made it to the top and later celebrated by having Philly cheesesteak sandwiches with Vinny.

Vinny later beat Mike at cornhole ahead of the competition. 

Snooki also trained with Deena Cortese, 36, and Jennifer ‘JWoww’ Farley, 36, as they worked on a cheerleading routine to support Mike.
