It comes after the former Celebrity Big Brother star underwent even more Botox injections on Monday.
She slipped into another plunging dress – this one short and black – for the outing and documented her dramatic transformation on Instagram.
The star, who has had more than 100 procedures and spent over £1million on cosmetic surgery, was having her Botox and hydraulic acid ‘topped up’.
Earlier this year she flew to Turkey for a £15,000 face, lip and neck lift, telling MailOnline: ‘I spend £10,000 a month alone in face and body procedures to delay my natural aging process.’
Jessica also revealed she had been offered a six-figure contract for a TV show in the US but has been ‘left in limbo’ as the contract warrants her deleting her OnlyFans.
She relocated to the US to try to carve out a career but claimed that despite positive feedback, she has been put in ‘limbo’ by TV executives.
Jessica told MailOnline: ‘They love me in the USA and I’ve been offered a contract to move to the USA for 15 months and to host an evening chat show.’
She revealed the contract was six-figures but to sign she would have to hand over her Instagram account and delete her OnlyFans account.

Jessica explained: ‘It’s putting me in a limbo as my OnlyFans is where I get to chat with real fans and also express my femininity with sexy snaps and videos.
She gave fans an insight into just how lucrative OnlyFans is when she revealed in March that a sheikh offered her a seven-figure some to cover herself with chocolate.
The TV star still loves the USA and the fans she has over there.
However, she is hesitant to commit to the big move because she would rather focus on being ‘happy’ and catching up on ‘lost time’ after so long.
