‘I like to mix it up. I like spin class because it’s quick – 45 minutes, you can just bang it out and go home,’ she said. 

‘Also Pilates and just working out with my trainer. We do everything – burpees, push-ups, lunges, star jumps, mountain climbers and TRX, which is really good.’
