Jessica Rowe goes to extraordinary lengths to prepare three meals for her family

Jessica Rowe has shared some intimate details of her busy family life.

The 52-year-old fan favourite told followers that she had to cook three different meals on Tuesday to keep her family of four happy.

Luckily for Jessica, she had some help in the kitchen from her beloved cats, Freddy and Daisy.

Jessica, who shares daughters Allegra and Giselle with Peter Overton, posted images of her feline kitchen hands on Instagram, taken while she prepared the meals.

The first picture features both of her cats lurking by the stove.

One appears to be looking for food, while the second pet has climbed onto the counter to investigate the sink.

Another picture shows Jess’s meals cooking on the stove while one of the cats looks on.

‘Today is Tuesday and Tuesday is three different meals!’ she captioned the images. 

‘Tuna & tomato pasta penne for [the] 16 year old, Tuna with pesto & spaghetti for [the] 14 year old & Chicken parmi bake for Pete & me!’

Jess’s followers rushed to congratulate her heroic efforts in the kitchen.

‘Definitely not a crap housewife,’ messaged one fan, adding, ‘We had bubble tea and pizza!!’

Another follower confessed they had opted for ‘take away pizza’, adding, ‘Too exhausted to cook.’

‘Your too nice… only one meal here or they starve haha,’ said another fan.

It comes after Jessica launched a new book, Everyday Not So Crap Family Meals, in January.
