Jewellery designer Samantha Wills reveals she blamed herself when she discovered a former partner was cheating on her with EIGHT women
Samantha Wills has revealed the pain of a discovering a former partner was cheating on her.
The jewellery designer, 39, found out the heartbreaking information via text messages, as she explained in an excerpt from her new book, Of Gold And Dust, published by Stellar Magazine on Saturday.
‘I was barely capable of putting a sentence together,’ she wrote. ‘Privately, I was falling apart, but publicly I had some very big jobs that I was contracted to fulfill’.

Later she learned that her partner had not just one affair during their relationship, but eight – and even so, she begged him to take her back, to no avail.
She added that she was ‘consumed entirely by heartbreak’ because she had ‘attached every ounce of my self-worth to this relationship’.
Samantha admits that she used sleeping pills during that difficult time, and her weight plummeted.

Speaking to Coffee and Style in 2019, Samantha said of the split: ‘I went about analysing myself with a magnifying glass to identify all the things about me that he might not have liked and as such that I needed to change.
‘My blueprint thought process didn’t naturally compute that he cheated on me because he is an a**hole, it went back through the files and found that he must have cheated on me because I was not good enough’.

Samantha threw herself into her work to recover from the heartbreak, but said she ‘reached the bottom’ during that period.
The jeweller started selling collections of rings, earrings and bangles to the public at age 22.
Samantha – who reportedly once turned over $12 million a year – ceased trading of her jewellery company in January 2019.

She launched her humble brand Samantha Wills Jewellery on her kitchen table in 2004 after ‘following my heart’.
She now works solely on the Samantha Wills Foundation which helps other entrepreneurs realise their business dreams.
