The set for the Pat McAfee show was showered with awkward silence and reactions after JJ Watt made a Jefferey Epstein joke on the program.

On Wednesday, the retired defensive end appeared on the show to share a piece of ‘breaking news’. When asked, Watt mentioned not being on the Epstein list amid the circulation around the subject.

‘My breaking news was actually that I know absolutely nothing about the Epstein list,’ Watt said with a straight face. ‘But I don’t wanna get in trouble.’

McAfee palmed his face as half of the room stayed quiet from Watt’s remarks. Cast members let out awkward chuckles as Watt is seen laughing at his own joke.

They are heard exclaiming ‘JJ’ before one refers to him as a ‘son of a b***h.’

‘I know nothing, I don’t want any fights, I don’t need anybody calling me out, I don’t need any lawsuits, I know nothing,’ Watt added.

The incident took place just moments after McAfee apologized on behalf of Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers for making his own remarks about the Epstein list.

Amid the social media rife about a judge releasing Epstein’s list of clients and co-conspirators, Rodgers suggested that late-night show host Jimmy Kimmel’s name might appear in the documents.

The statement was made in McAfee’s show and led to a flood of misinformed claims on social media.

Kimmel took to X, formerly Twitter, and expressed how Rodgers’ ‘reckless words put my family in danger.’
