The late Jock Zonfrillo’s son Alfie has passed a major milestone.
On Tuesday, the former MasterChef Australia judge’s widow Lauren took to Instagram to share the good news about their six-year-old son.
In the post, Lauren uploaded a picture of her and her young boy smiling while he held a Kindergarten graduation certificate.
Lauren was every inch the proud mum as she embraced her son in the sweet photo.
She also wrote a bittersweet caption in tribute of Alfie and his resilience.
‘In spite of it all, he just keeps going forward with a stout heart,’ she wrote.

Jock, who tragically passed away on April 30, 2023, was found unresponsive in a hotel in Carlton, near Melbourne’s CBD.
Lauren and the rest of the family had been holidaying in Italy when Jock’s sudden death occurred.
Alarmed when he stopped answering her calls, Lauren contacted Victorian Police, leading to the devastating discovery.
In the months following Jock’s death, Lauren took over his Instagram account, using it as a platform to continue his legacy while sharing her journey through grief and the challenges of solo parenting.
Jock was found dead at the Zagame’s House hotel in Carlton, near Melbourne’s CBD, at about 2am on April 30 last year.
