Keeping a low profile in a baseball cap and camouflage jacket, the Cake By The Ocean hitmaker held a serious look on his face.
The night before, Joe took the estranged couple’s children – Willa, three, and Delphine, 15-months – out trick-or-treating for Halloween.
Joe’s shopping spree also comes after the Game of Thrones actress, 27, was spotted with Peregrine Pearson at the rugby World Cup on Saturday, hours after they shared a raunchy kiss.

Sophie was pictured smiling as she arrived at Stade de France with Peregrine, 29, prior to the Rugby World Cup Final match between New Zealand and South Africa.
She walked a few steps ahead of the aristocrat dubbed Britain’s most eligible bachelor before going onto the pitch to unveil the World Cup trophy.
Hours earlier the pair put on a loved up display as they arrived in Paris, just one month since Joe filed for divorce.
Sophie could be seen kissing Peregrine, who has just split from King Charles’s goddaughter, in the French capital.
According to The Sun, an insider said of the gorgeous pair, ‘They arrived together at the chauffeur pick-up location outside of the station. It looked like they might have both come on the Eurostar from London.
‘They stood there for a few minutes and were chatting and laughing a lot.
‘He then took his hat off and leaned in to give her a big kiss. After the kiss they parted ways.’
Peregrine — who has since returned to his luxury pad in Chelsea alone — is the heir of the 4th Viscount Cowdray and has a family worth £224 million.

Meanwhile, Sophie has petitioned to take her two young daughters back to the UK, while Joe wants joint custody amid their public split.
The singer filed for divorce in Miami on September 1 with sources close to him claiming that Sophie had been out partying too much, leaving him alone to look after their daughters.
Sophie fired back, accusing Joe of refusing to hand over the girls’ passports so they could return to England with her.
She cited an international child abduction law as grounds for the children being with her.
Both sides have agreed that the girls will remain in New York until the matter is resolved.
