Joel McHale hasn’t let 11 months of lockdowns and quarantine deter him from staying in rock-solid shape.

And on Sunday the comedian showed off his toned physique when he headed out to do some shopping at the Farmer’s Market in the Studio City neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The former host of The Soup donned a skintight blue T-shirt and fitted denim blue jeans as he browsed through the various vendors just off the world famous Ventura Boulevard.

With the sun glaring down at times, the 49-year-old also donned a red baseball cap and stylish dark sunglasses.

He looked nearly unrecognizable with the red-patterned face covering over his mouth and nose, in accordance to health and safety protocols amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

The actor and television personality appeared to stock up on fresh fruits and vegetables and then place his new purchases in a wheeled-device that he pulled behind him.

McHale confessed he had stopped working out, almost entirely, around the time his wife gave birth to their first son Edward, who’s now 16.

But he would end up rededicating himself heading to his lead role in 2004’s Deliver Us From Evil.

‘I began exercising a ton, tried to get as big as I could. Then I made a pledge. I said I’m not going to get out of shape again. I’m just going to keep going,’ he revealed in an interview with Men’s Journal.

He went on to add that he tries to go to the gym almost every day for about 40 minutes to an hour.
