A repeat offender is terrorizing an Arkansas neighborhood by pooping all over people’s property and even on their cars.
Tiffany Mattzel of Little Rock, Arkansas, had been planning to go to breakfast, last Saturday, when her appetite was squashed by a large pile of poop next to her car.
‘I came around to get in the passenger side of the vehicle, and I noticed a huge pile of feces,’ Mattzela said to KARK.

When she and her fiance looked at security footage, they were shocked to see that a man jogging was responsible for the feces drop

‘When we did, we found it was not a dog,’ Mattzela added.
‘It was a person who had been jogging down the street, ran up between our two cars, defecated, and ran away.’

Mattzela has since filed a police report and finds the repeated offenses extremely concerning
‘We understand that accidents happen,’ she said.
But on Wednesday morning, Mattzela was shocked to find a paper towel with poop stashed inside her car door handle when she tried to go to work.
She added: ‘I mean, it was vile.’
The same perpetrator was seen on surveillance video doing the act, prompting the woman to once again post on social media.

But soon, many more Hillcrest area residents started reporting similar incidents happening to them.
‘The neighborhood’s calling him the S*** Bandit,’ she said, mentioning one neighbor who went as far as to write a letter to a man she accused to be the culprit.
Mattzela has since filed a police report and finds the repeated offenses extremely concerning.
‘I hope they find him,’ she said.
‘And I hope he finds some help.’
