John Krasinski showered his wife Emily Blunt with plenty of praise in a new interview.
The Office actor, 43 – who’s been married to the Devil Wears Prada star, 39, for 12 years – told Parade: ‘I wouldn’t be anywhere in my life without her.’
He also added, ‘On a daily basis, but certainly in a career-wise, as a dad, she pushes me to be better every single day at everything I do.’

John added that he looks ‘forward to the next day cause I know it’ll be better than the one before.’
Emily and John have been married since 2010 and have daughters Hazel, eight, and Violet, six, together.
Krasinski recently joked that the girls think their mother took pity on him when they married, because they think he was working in an actual ‘office’, not realizing that he actually starred on comedy series The Office.

He revealed the hilarious anecdote earlier this month while appearing on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
He shared the that kids enjoyed watching his wife in Mary Poppins, and stated, ‘I think my kids thought she had married me out of charity, like, “You’re so nice to marry an accountant” because they don’t know what I do.’
Meanwhile in a sentimental admission of her own, the actress recently revealed that she has kept a jacket from their first date during her appearance on The Colbert Questionert on Wednesday.

‘What is the one thing that you own that you should really throw out?,’ Stephen, 58 asked.
‘Um, oh god, a really terrible, a really terrible old royal blue velvet jacket and I don’t wear it, but I wore it on John and I’s first date and I have not thrown it out,’ Emily shared.
The couple’s relationship began shortly after they were introduced by a mutual friend in 2008, with an engagement following a year later. They married in 2010 in Lake Como, Italy.
The couple’s love even stood the test of working together, as they partnered up on two movies – horror/thriller A Quiet Place and A Quiet Place Part II, written by Krasinski.
At the time Krasinski described working with Blunt as ‘the best experience ever.’

Elsewhere in the interview John discussed the upcoming season 3 of his hit Amazon Prime series Jack Ryan.
The new season sees Jack on the run as he’s wanted by both an international rogue faction that he has uncovered, as well as the CIA.
‘I remember being a kid and watching all those other actors play the role and loving every second of it. I mean, from Alec Baldwin to Harrison Ford when I was growing up. You know you hope that someone like Jack Ryan’s out there. That there’s someone with a moral compass fighting to do what’s right,’ he said of his character.
The long-awaited season 3 of the action-thriller series is set to premiere on Wednesday, December 21.
