JoJo Siwa has revealed that she and her girlfriend Kylie Prew celebrate four different anniversary days a month.
On Wednesday, the 18-year-old singer and actress appeared on the The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and told the host that she was celebrating one of her four anniversaries with Prew.
‘So my girlfriend and I — you know, Ky asked me to be the girlfriend on the 8th. January 8th, Jojo explained. ‘But then, I was like, you know what I also need to ask you to be my girlfriend so we did that and yesterday was the anniversary of that day when I asked Ky to be my girlfriend.’

She continued, ‘We actually celebrate four days, though, when Ky asked me to be girlfriend when I asked Ky to be girlfriend, when we told each other that we liked each other and when we kissed for the first time.
When Jimmy asked if that’s, ‘exhausting’ celebrating four anniversaries (8th, 14th, 28th and 29th), Siwa said, ‘I mean, we’re on month number eight now. And we’ll probably stop at a year.’
The YouTube star came out as part of the LGBTQ community in early February. On February 8, she revealed that she had been seeing Prew for a month. The Dance Moms alum shared a several photos of the couple on Instagram.

‘After being my best friend for over a year, January 8th 2021 I got to start calling this exceptional human my Girlfriend,’ Siwa wrote in the caption.
She continued,’Since then I’ve been the happiest I have ever been! She seriously is the most loving, supportive, happiest, protective, and just the most beautiful perfect person in the world.’
‘And I get to call her mine! Happy one month to my girl! I love you more and more everyday!’ Siwa added.

Siwa spoke about her relationship with Prew during an interview with People, where she expressed that her partner impressed her with her lack of regard for the public’s opinion about their relationship.
JoJo specifically noted that her girlfriend ‘never cares what the internet said about us. It’s nice to have somebody in my life like that.’
She pointed out that she was still learning about herself as time went on, although she was more than happy to spend time with her partner.

‘I still don’t know what I am. It’s like, I want to figure it out. And I have this joke. Her name is Kylie. And so I say that I’m Ky-sexual,’ she noted.
Siwa added, ‘technically I would say that I am pansexual because that’s how I have always been my whole life is just like, my human is my human.’
The social media personality concluded the interview by expressing that she was ecstatic about the public reaction to her coming out and that she was looking forward to what the future held for her and Prew.
‘I’ve never gotten this much support from the world. I think this is the first time that I’ve felt so personally happy,’ she said.

Siwa then danced to Great Big World’s Say Something, where she pulled off The Worm, while both Fallon and Siwa danced to JP Saxe’s If The World Was Ending together, where they collapsed on the stage after finishing.

‘When my mom told me, I was like, “Oh, funny like ha-ha, 500 petitions, right? 77,398 that’s a lot,’ Siwa said.
She also spoke a bit about Dancing With the Stars, with Season 30 debuting Monday, September 20.
When asked if she was nervous about going on the show, Siwa said, ‘Not really. I told myself after Dance Moms that I was never allowed to be nervous again, and I stuck to that actually because I miss out on the fun if I’m always nervous.’
Even though she’s highly trained as a dancer, she said rehearsals are ‘so hard,’ because it’s a different type of dancing.
‘You know, the styles I’m trained in for dancing are very different than everything ballroom, but it’s so fun. My partner is a female I am the first ever same-sex couple on Dancing with the Stars,’ she added.
