Jon Gosselin’s mother is demanding a psychological evaluation of her son’s ex Kate after a custody exchange where the police were called.
Pamela Gosselin Castello was an eyewitness to an incident involving the former couple’s 13-year-old daughter Hannah – who ended up being taken to the hospital in an ambulance – according to a Wednesday reportfrom InTouch.
Jon’s mother explained to weekly: ‘I would never have believed that a scene could be so horrible until I witnessed the custody exchange myself. How can a judge allow physical force to remove a child?’

Pamela also expressed concern about the mental stability of the 42-year-old mother to her grandchildren.
‘Kate thinks there is nothing wrong with her, so she would never subject herself to going to therapy,’ she said. ‘But she needs psychological help.’
The grandmother believes that not just the former Dancing With The Stars contestant should have their mental state assessed but also the entire family.

‘She needs psychological help’: Jon’s mother had harsh words for the reality star as she said: ‘Kate thinks there is nothing wrong with her, so she would never subject herself to going to therapy’
She said: ‘After eight years and hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal bills, there should be a psych evaluation for the whole family.
‘And after everything that has happened, I demand a psych evaluation for Kate.’
The explosive statements from 40-year-old Jon’s mother did not end there as she claims the same child at the center of the incident said that Kate forces the children to say in unison that they will not see their father.
‘Hannah told me that Kate made her and her brothers and sisters all chant, “We will not visit Jon,”‘ Pamela explained. ‘Not even “We will not visit Daddy.” She makes them say “Jon.'”

The grandmother says as a result of the episode, Hannah’s relationship with her other seven siblings has suffered.
Jon’s mother explained: ‘When Hannah finally went home after the custody incident and a trip to the hospital, Hannah told me that her sisters and brothers shunned her and wouldn’t talk to her.
‘Hannah says Kate told them not to talk to her to teach her a lesson.’
The drama comes just weeks after the incident in mid-August as TMZ reported at the time that police were called when the two got into a ‘heated fight’ over who should take one of their daughters home from a dentist visit in Pennsylvania. The police made no arrests.

The incident happened in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania when one of the eight children they share was on a dental appointment.
When it was time to go home, both wanted to take the girl.
Jon ended up taking the child with him, and police told the exes to ‘take up their gripes with a judge.’

Then the other parent showed up and asked to take the kid home. They could not agree on the custody plan.
Terms for their custody agreement were made seven years ago and they do not seem to have had much issue with it till now.

The exact terms of their agreement have never been shared.
This is not the first time police have been called on them.
In 2009, police were called to the Gosselin family home in Wernersville when the stars were in an argument. Kate allegedly did not like the babysitter he was using. No arrests were made and no charges were filed.
The two met in 1997, wed in 1999 and in 2000, she gave birth to twin girls, Cara and Madelyn.
Kate became pregnant again, and in 2004 she gave birth to sextuplets: sons Aaden, Collin, and Joel, and daughters Alexis, Hannah, and Leah.
While Kate, 42, has continued to star on her TLC TV series, which is now called Kate Plus 8, as well as other shows like Celebrity Wife Swap and Dancing With The Stars, Jon, 40, has been struggling to keep jobs.
