Joseph and Kendra Duggar have announced they are expecting their first child.
The newlyweds shared the big news in a video message posted to TLC’s website, along with a photo of themselves kissing each other as they held up his and her mugs that read Mom and Dad.
‘We’re expecting,’ father-to-be Joseph, 22, proclaimed happily as he sat beside his wife, 19.

‘I’ve always dreamed of having my own family,’ the star explained in the video. ‘It’s really surreal that it’s actually here.’
Joseph speculated they may be having a boy.
‘Either way, I’m happy just to have a baby,’ he said.
‘I think it could be a girl!’ Kendra added. ‘You never know!’

‘I hope the baby has Kendra’s laugh,’ Joseph mused, to the delight of his wife.
‘I hope the baby will be patient like Joe,’ Kendra said.
