A prisoner jailed for stabbing a 14-year-old to death over a ‘dirty look’ has posted videos of himself rapping and appearing to smoke drugs online.
Joseph Chin was jailed for life in 2008 for stabbing schoolboy Martin Dinnegan to death in Holloway, north London.
His victim’s family hoped that would be the last they saw of the killer – but he has repeatedly popped up online after accessing the internet through phones smuggled into jail.
Convicted killer Joseph Chin posted images on Instagram of him smoking and rapping in jail
In his latest videos, Chin is seen smoking a roll-up cigarette and rapping, with lyrics including ‘stuck up in the pen’, slang for prison, and ‘I shoot from close range’.
One picture is captioned ‘#wakeandbake’, believed to be a reference to drug use, the Daily Mirror reported.
Chin, 26, set up his own Instagram account, which was pulled down after the videos and images were reported.
It is not the first time he has breached prison rules and accessed and post on the web.
Two years ago, he used a mobile phone smuggled into jail to set up a profile on dating website PlentyOfFish from his prison cell.
The page he set up stated he likes ‘tattoos, x box and gyals [girls] that dnt play games’ and gave his music tastes as ‘rap, r n b and house’.
It stated he is looking for a girl with ‘a nice round bum lol, but dw [don’t worry] if u don’t have, its just a preference lol’.
The latest pictures he posted online include him wearing a balaclava and posing in gloves

A spokesman for the prison service said inmates caught breaking rules would face tough punishments, including longer sentences.
Chin was 16 when he stabbed Martin Dinnegan to death following a chase in north London. Martin was singled out after two groups exchanged ‘dirty looks’, a court later heard.
The sentencing judge said: ‘It is a tragedy that this sort of triviality caused such a young man to lose his life and has caused enduring heartache to his friends and family.’
Chin was handed a minimum 12-year sentence, meaning he will not be able to apply for parole until 2020 and will only be released if authorities believe he is no longer a danger.
