JSHealth: Multi-million-dollar nutritionist Jessica Sepel shares a look at her daily routine

A multimillion-dollar nutritionist behind a vitamin and health empire has shared a look at her daily routine – from morning meditation all the way through to long days at the office.

Jessica Sepel, from Sydney, is the brains behind the JSHealth empire of vitamins, supplements and powders, running a busy business in which one of her products sells every 27 seconds.

Despite her success, Jessica has a surprisingly down-to-earth morning routine that begins with 20 minutes of yoga or Pilates.

‘It doesn’t sound like much, but 20-30 minutes is genuinely enough from my experience,’ Jessica posted on Instagram. ‘Especially if you have long work hours or are a busy mama bear.’

In a typical session, Jessica might work on lengthening out tight muscles after she has been sat at a desk all day.

She complements this with five minutes of meditation or mindfulness, ideally outside on her balcony in the early morning sun. During her meditation, Jessica said she will ‘visualise everything I want to attract in my life and give it thanks’.

Following this, the nutritionist said she absolutely can’t do anything work-wise before she has made her bed.

She then gets ready for the day ahead, religiously applying her favourite natural skincare and her top makeup product: Ere Perez’s Oat Milk Foundation ($50).

Created with ingredients like oat milk, peach and vitamin E, this foundation is completely natural, but boasts a radiant, creamy finish. It has an impressive 4.3 star rating on the MECCA website.

Once she is ready to go, Jessica makes her favourite power protein smoothie and tops it with some granola.

To make this, you’ll need some fruits including frozen berries and frozen banana, as well as protein powder, almond butter and vanilla extract.

When she adds granola, this typically manages to keep Jessica full for the first few hours of her day.

It is also packed full of nutrition and good ingredients that help your hair, skin and nails shine.

Next, Jessica said she takes her daily vitamins and enjoys a cup of coffee.  Typically, she will have two cups per day, but always before 11am.

Finally, she heads to the office for 9am, where she spends the morning working her way through reviews and messages from customers and working until around 7pm.

‘Some days are amazing and exciting building a business,’ Jessica said.

‘And the other 50 per cent is bloody hard, challenging and hair pulling. This has not been an easy journey, but I wouldn’t change a thing.’
