The popular home cook said she originally scrolled past the recipe on Instagram and knew she needed to recreate it at home immediately.
The recipe calls for a large piece of boneless pork belly, brown sugar, paprika, flour, garlic and onion.
For the sticky sauce you will need butter, golden syrup, bourbon, barbecue sauce and siracha.
Jules begins her video by showing off the crispy, golden, bite-sized pieces of meat to the camera.
She then explains that the meat needs to be cut into small cubes and that the herbs, spices and flour needs to be mixed together in a bowl.
She then coats the meat with the flour mixture before putting it uncovered in the fridge for two hours to ‘let it dry out’.
