The recipe calls for a large piece of boneless pork belly, brown sugar, paprika, flour, garlic and onion.
For the sticky sauce you will need butter, golden syrup, bourbon, barbecue sauce and siracha.
Jules begins her video by showing off the crispy, golden, bite-sized pieces of meat to the camera.
She then explains that the meat needs to be cut into small cubes and that the herbs, spices and flour needs to be mixed together in a bowl.
She then coats the meat with the flour mixture before putting it uncovered in the fridge for two hours to ‘let it dry out’.

How can I make Jules’ pork belly nnites at home?

3 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp plain flour
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Olive oil spray
FOR THE SAUCE:

2 tbsp barbecue sauce
1 tbsp bourbon
2 tsp sriracha
Mix your brown sugar, paprika, flour, onion powder and garlic powder in a bowl. Slice your pork belly into 1cm cubes and spray with oil.
Coat the meat with the spice mix and then leave, uncovered, in the fridge for two hours.
