‘He wanted me to!’ Julia Fox says Kanye West encouraged her to reveal details about their romance amid reports he was trying to make ex-wife Kim Kardashian jealous
He was rumoured to be trying to make his estranged wife Kim Kardashian ‘jealous’ when he began his brief romance with Julia Fox.
Now, the Uncut Gems star has thrown some validity behind that claim.
In an unearthed Instagram comment from Fox, 32, that was captured by HollywoodUnlocked, the rising star explains how the rapper had encouraged her to reveal details about their relationship.
A fan had blasted Fox in a comment telling her: ‘You talked about the man in the press like you all were married. Just desperate for the attention. Wasn’t even 15mins, maybe like 2 mins of fame.

But Fox fired back at the troll, writing: ‘He f***ing wanted me to!!!!’
After West, 44, and Fox struck up a romance at the beginning of the year, sources claimed it was a ploy to make his ex ‘jealous.’
‘Kanye is trying to make Kim jealous by being very public with Julia,’ one source claimed to Entertainment Tonight.
‘He is trying to make a point. Julia thinks Kanye is really cool and is also just enjoying the ride while it lasts.’
However, things imploded between Fox and West just as the rapper began to publicly declare his wish to one day reunite with his estranged wife.

Telling all: On Monday, the Uncut Gems star took to social media to set the record straight, confirming she and Ye have called it quits
He also made threats to Kardashian’s new boyfriend Pete Davidson and then sent her roses to her LA home, despite her filing for divorce from West last year.
Meanwhile, Fox confirmed her split with Ye in an Instagram post on Monday.
‘Y’all would love if I was soooo upset! The media would love to paint a picture of me a sad lonely woman crying on a plane by myself but it’s NOT TRUE!!’ Julia told fans in a note on Monday.

Kanye and Julia met on New Year’s Eve and then moved at warp speed into a full-blown relationship, with the actress even penning an essay about their romance.
Doubling down on her denial of being upset, Julia added: ‘and for the record the only time I cried in 2022 was on Feb 6th on my dead BFF bday.’
Julia was referring to the tragic death of good friend and celebrity manager Chris Huvane.
