The 26-year-old pop star appeared to be in a jovial mood as he flashed a thumbs up at passerbys on his route.

Bieber had on a pink tie-dyed sweatshirt with a rainbow graphic printed on the front of it.
He paired the gaudy top with some bright red basketball shorts and a solid white beanie.
As for shoes, the Baby singer threw on a pair of white sneakers and some coordinating crew socks.
Justin appeared to be having a blast and he zoomed around the seemingly desolate streets atop his custom ride.

Bieber’s solo outing on Monday came just hours after he revealed to his devout fan following that he would be dropping a new song on Friday.
‘#Lonely with @itsbennyblanco Friday,’ he wrote along with what appeared to be the song’s cover art.
The image showed actor Jacob Tremblay, 14, donning a costume – and haircut – similar to the one Justin sported during his My World Tour era.
My World Tour was Bieber’s debut tour, following the release of his highly successful album My World 2.0. in 2010.

The tour lasted from June of 2010 until October of 2011 and it is often considered Justin’s career peak due to the worldwide ‘Bieber Mania’ that spawned from it.
Despite the success of the era, the cover art for Lonely attempts to depict Justin’s golden years as an isolating time for the then 15 or 16-year-old singer.
Sitting in a foldout chair with his hands folded in his lap, Tremblay’s portrayal of Justin appears overtaken by sadness and unbelievably small in comparison to the vast stadium dressing room.
Bieber, nor his collaborators, have revealed any other details regarding Lonely, but, due to Tremblay’s participation, many fans suspect that a music video for the song will also be released Friday.
