Justin Timberlake’s Palmer co-star Alisha Wainwright lands in LA… but refuses to answer questions about THAT photo

As Jessica Biel flew out to visit Justin Timberlake on set in New Orleans, his Palmer co-star Alisha Wainwright was pictured touching down in Los Angeles.

Timberlake was forced to publicly apologize to his wife after he was photographed holding hands with Alisha in a New Orleans bar last month.

Pictures showed Alisha, 30, grabbing her bags from the carousel at LAX, but she refused to answer questions about that infamous night out.

Pictures showed Alisha, 30, grabbing her bags from the carousel at LAX, and while she told a videographer that she was ‘good’ , she refused to answer questions about that night out.

Dressed for comfort, Alisha wore jeans and a casual sweater, adding some statement boots.

Her trip to the West Coast comes as LA-based Jessica is reported by PageSix to be on a visit to her husband, who is staying in New Orleans while filming.

Alisha’s public silence comes after Justin, 38, issued a public apology to Jessica, 37, on his Instagram account.

Justin – who has four-year-old son Silas with his wife – has spoken of his regret at such a ‘strong lapse in judgement’ while under the influence of alcohol.

He said in a statement posted to social media: ‘I stay away from gossip as much as I can, but for my family I feel it is important to address recent rumors that are hurting the people that I love.

‘A few weeks ago I displayed a strong lapse in judgement – but let me be clear – nothing happened between me and my co-star. I drank way too much that night and I regret my behavior. I should have known better.

‘This is not the example I want to set for my son. I apologies to my amazing wife and family for putting them through such an embarrassing situation, and I am focused on being the best husband and father I can be. This was not that.’

Justin ended his statement by stressing he is still happy to be working on Palmer.

He wrote: ‘I am incredibly proud to be working on Palmer. Looking forward to continuing to make this movie and excited for people to see it.’

A source told People magazine that Jessica believes nothing happened.

‘He’s charming and outgoing. And obviously he drank too much this time, but Jessica believes he didn’t cheat on her. She will stand by him.

‘They will work through this. It was good that he apologized publicly but obviously the real work he is doing is in private and hopefully this was just a bad drunken night of this type of behaviour.’

Who is Alisha Wainwright?

Justin Timberlake was seen getting cozy at a New Orleans bar with his Palmer co-star Alisha Wainwright this week.

Despite pictures of them holding hands – with Justin’s wedding ring missing – a source told DailyMail.com they were ‘out with a group of people from [the Palmer] production. There was nothing going on.’

So who is the leggy bombshell at the center of the rumor storm?

Alisha Ena Wainwright was brought up by her single mother in Miami far from the glitter of Hollywood.

‘My mother is Jamaican and my father is Haitian, so growing up I spent a lot of my very early years going back and forth between both countries,’ she told Conde Nast Traveler.

Her teen years were scarred by money problems but her mother made sure to insulate Alisha from any distress.

‘My mom was incredibly good at sectioning off things that were stressful from my life. I never knew about the issues she had,’ Alisha said to Shondaland.

‘She always felt fun and authoritative to me. I never knew what she was going through until later on when I realized there was an incredible financial struggle she went through during my adolescence.’

After majoring in botany at the University of Florida she conducted PhD research in Panama.

She told W: ‘I had a very weird anthropological-botanical focus, and I couldn’t find anyone to give me the money to study it.’

Her professional frustration drove her away from science and into acting, where she made her bones in 2012 on the YouTube comedy show Smosh.

Alisha became a star as werewolf Maia Roberts on the Freeform show Shadowhunters from 2017 till the end of the show this year.

Now she stars as the widowed mother of a child superhero on Raising Dion, a Netflix sci-fi show featuring Michael B. Jordan as her late husband.

‘I was raised by a single mother so I know that there’s a lot of drama in that life, and there is a lot to pull from,’ she told W.
