Juventus defender Matthijs de Ligt has been ruled out of the Champions League clash against Lokomotiv Moscow due to injury.
De Ligt scored his first goal for the Serie A side in the victory over Torino last weekend but he also sustained a sprained ankle.
Juventus announced their 20-man squad for the trip to Russia on Tuesday and De Ligt was not in the the travelling party.

De Ligt has made 11 appearances for Juve since joining from Ajax for £67.8million in the summer.
With the Holland international out of the match on Wednesday, Daniele Rugani or Merih Demiral could play alongside Leonardo Bonucci at the heart of the defence.
Juventus are currently top of Group D after three matches, although they are level on points with Atletico Madrid.
