The doppleganger of her famous mother added a crop top under a cropped denim jacket and wore black high tops to complete her ensemble.

Shortly after turning 16, the legal age required for the runway, Kaia made her modeling debut at New York Fashion Week.

She instantly became the It girl for a slew of major designers including Calvin Klein, Chanel and Moschino.

And now Kaia – signed to IMG models – has been juggling her burgeoning fashion career alongside her school work, insisting that her education comes first.

She told Miss Vogue: ‘It’s really difficult, because you have a lot of different things going on. I go to school everyday, and that does come first.’

‘I try to separate my modeling work from my school life because I don’t want people to think of me differently or that I am a certain way because of it.

‘I think I do a pretty good job of separating it, I don’t really talk about it with my friends. Other than my friends that are part of the industry, and I guess that’s different.’

Good genes: Kaia is a double for her famous supermodel mother Cindy and recently shared this snap of the two of them together to her Instagram
