Kaley Cuoco played an assassin for hire who keeps her job secret from her husband in a new trailer for Role Play released on Wednesday by Amazon Prime Video.

The 37-year-old actress, who welcomed baby girl Matilda earlier this year, stars in the upcoming film as New Jersey wife and mom Emma opposite David Oyelowo, 47, as her husband David.

The trailer opened with Emma returning home and being greeted by her daughter as her husband cooked outside and asked about her trip to Nebraska.

‘It was, um, the usual,’ Emma said as clips showed her in a wig killing someone.

David was then shown in an interrogation room with law enforcement asking what happened at the hotel.

‘It was our anniversary so we wanted to go out,’ David said.

The couple to spice up their relationship agreed to role play as strangers, but they were interrupted by Emma’s associate played by English actor Bill Nighy, 73.

An officer played by Danish actress Connie Nielsen, 58, then informed David that his wife’s real name is Anna Peller and she’s wanted on several continents for contract killings.

David over the phone told Emma that he knows she’s an assassin and she promised that her life as a killer was over.

Emma then warned David not to get on a plane to help her, but he ignored her request.

‘I love you, but I have to go to work now though,’ Emma told David before she went off and fought a man in the woods and tasered him in the neck,
