Kim performed a variety of moves, including lateral squats and hip thrusts.
She made a self-deprecating reference to a grimace she made while performing hip the grueling thrusts in one of her videos.
The beauty wrote, ‘These hip thrusts really are disturbing lol. My face at the end lol.’
Kardashian also described one of the machines she regularly used during her workouts as a ‘killer.’
According to an interview with Vogue, the reality television personality works out daily, with her first session usually occurring at 5:30 in the morning.
The media outlet also reported that the entrepreneur only clocks in five hours of sleep every night.
At the time, the brunette bombshell told Vogue that she felt as if she was in ‘the best shape of her life.’
