A 36-year-old Mexican actress living in Florida has been arrested after allegedly slamming a birthday cake over her boyfriend’s head.
Cops say that Karina Mora had a ‘planned surprise cake’ for her boyfriend, Robert Brown’s 56th birthday.
More was so excited at the planned secret celebration she had even proudly posted a photo of the birthday cake on her Instagram page before chucking at her beau.
Karina Mora, 36, had been planning a surprise for her sweetheart, Robert Brown, at their home and had even had a special cake made to celebrate the occasion

When Brown, left, came home from a night of partying at around 1 a.m. Thursday, Mora flew into a fit of rage and smashed the tasty-looking cake over his head as he tried to fall asleep
The cake read: ‘Happy Birthday, Love’ and featured a yellow beer mug drawn in frosting.
But love was not on either of the couple’s minds when they got into an argument after Brown came home late to the Tampa home they shared after a night of drinking.
The pair got into an argument around 1am and as they both got ready for bed and then proceeded to insult one another.
Mora then lost her temper completely according to the criminal complaint, as seen by The Smoking Gun, and in a fit of rage ‘slammed the cake over Brown’s head as he was trying to go to sleep.’

Police were called to this lavish home where the couple live, on the outskirts of Tampa, Florida

Karina Mora, left, was charged with domestic battery and tossed in county jail. Robert Brown, 56, right, suffered no serious injuries

Mora and Brown continued to argue and call each other names as they prepared for bed, at which point she took the cake and slammed it on his head, although he was not injured
The police were summoned and questioned Mora about what had happened.
She openly admitted throwing the cake at Brown and was charged with domestic battery, a misdemeanor, although Brown did not appear to have been injured in the incident.
Mora has appeared in numerous Mexican telenovelas, TV commercials and films including Between Sheets.
She is currently working on a project for the Spanish-speaking station Telemundo, according to her website.
In 1999, she was also named Miss Mexico International.
