Weekend Today host Richard Wilkins celebrated his 66th birthday on Friday.
And after working together for more than a decade, his good friend Karl Stefanovic couldn’t let the momentous occasion go by without calling in to pass on his good wishes.
The Today Show host, 45, and wife Jasmine Yarbrough, 36, did a quick drive-by visit with their two-month-old daughter Harper May in tow, to give Richard a little present.

The new parents stopped out the front of Richard’s Sydney North Shore home in their white range rover, where they pulled up out the front and were greeted by him and his socialite son, Christian.
The birthday boy wore a casual ensemble including a black and white T-shirt and white and pink hibiscus Hawaiian shorts for the quick meeting.
He coordinated with a dark pair of aviator shades but appeared barefoot.

Christian, who is known for his bold taste in fashion, looked fabulous in a pink graphic jumper worn over a gold sequined skirt with pink sneakers.
Jasmine and Karl gave Richard a small gift which they presented to him in a bag adorned with unicorns and rainbows.
Christian, who is close friends with Jasmine, happily chatted through the back window to her as she sat next to her daughter’s baby capsule.
Karl and Jasmine stayed in the car throughout the visit, most likely to help with social distancing to protect tiny Harper May amid the coronavirus pandemic.
New Idea magazine reported in January that Richard was placed as the ‘likely’ top candidate to be named as godfather for Karl and Jasmine’s daughter, who was yet to be born at the time.
Karl and Richard have been close friends after meeting 14 years ago when they both worked on the Today show.

Meanwhile, Karl and Jasmine aren’t the only famous pals to have stopped by Richard’s place the week.
Richard hosted movie star, Rebel Wilson, for a healthy dinner of fish and salad on Thursday night.
In a picture, he shared to Instagram the Pitch Perfect star cheekily posed with her fork in her mouth, while looking stunning in a cobalt blue dress with a plunging neckline.
Richard captioned the post: ‘Had a great catch up with the fabulous Rebel Wilson.’
Dining at Dickies! Meanwhile Karl and Jasmine aren’t the only famous friends who have stopped by Richard’s this week. Pitch Perfect star Rebel Wilson popped around for dinner on Thursday night
