Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner have listed their sprawling two-floor penthouse apartment in Manhattan for a staggering $23.5 million.
The move comes after the couple, who married in 2018 and had a baby this year, snapped up an even larger apartment in the same historic Puck Building, which Kushner Companies has owned for north of three decades.
Now that they are moving into a bigger home, which was listed at $42.5 million before Karlie and Joshua bought it per the Wall Street Journal, they are offloading their previous, more scaled-down 5,672 square foot penthouse.
