The model, 30, showed off her far-along baby bump as she hit the red carpet at the 2023 Met Gala in New York on Monday night.
The beauty wore a stunning skintight black gown that clung to her curves and was adorned with strings of white pearls.
This will be the second child for Karlie and her businessman husband Joshua Kushner, 37, who accompanied her to the event.
The couple welcomed their first child – son Levi – in March 2021.
