Karlie Kloss looks radiant in a green double-breasted sport coat as she rides the New York City subway to an appointment

Karlie Kloss acted like a true New Yorker on Tuesday as she boarded the New York City subway in downtown for an appointment near Rockefeller Center in Midtown Manhattan.

She was accompanied by an assistant and a bodyguard for her outing.

The catwalk queen, 31, wore a black top and wide-legged black pants with a cropped olive green double-breasted sport coat.

Black kitten-heeled shoes were on her feet and she carried an olive green leather tote bag as she looked intently at her phone.

Karlie’s brown hair was sleek and straight and she carried a bottle of sparkling water in one hand.

The Chicago native shares two sons, Levi Joseph, two, and newborn Elijah Jude, with her husband of five years, Joshua Kushner, 38.

Karlie gave birth to her second child on July 11 after debuting her baby bump on the red carpet of the Met Gala.

Kloss discussed the ‘special’ and ‘vulnerable’ reveal with Emma Chamberlain as she hit the red carpet, Page Six reported.

‘I don’t know how to style a belly,’ she told her, sharing that her last pregnancy happened during the coronavirus pandemic.

At the time she also told E! News, ‘Baby’s first Met Gala. I mean, it’s hard to top this. I will be telling them about this for many years.’

During an appearance on the Today Show last year, the model talked about how becoming a parent changed her priorities.

‘Priorities change. Everything changes. I think the last few years have changed us as well. I have become, first of all, so much more efficient with my time. I’m actually on time everywhere now.’

Back in 2021, she wasn’t as sure about her mothering skills and admitted to the Wall Street Journal Magazine that once asked her husband, ‘How does everybody do this?’ after giving birth to Levi.

But she needn’t have worried as it all kicked in naturally.

Karlie gushed about how she fell in love with her son the moment he was placed in her arms.

‘I just had this moment of like, “Wow, every woman who has a child, every parent goes through this.”

It’s just the most profound experience that I had no idea until having a kid.’
