Kate Bosworth wishes husband Justin Long a happy 45th birthday

Kate Bosworth has wished her husband Justin Long a happy 45th birthday with snaps capturing their magical adventure to the Galapagos Islands.

In the caption, Bosworth, 40, gushed about her new spouse and fulfilling his lifelong dream of traveling to the islands.

The post included stunning photos from their trip, including several romantic moments the newlyweds shared during their travels.

The birthday comes less than a month after Justin confirmed they had tied the knot.

‘Ever since we met, I have heard you say two words, many, many times: Galápagos Islands. I know from your mother that, as a little boy, you used to study images in books from a land far, far away… and you would dream of visiting that place one day: one of tortoises and iguanas and sea lions and penguins,’ she wrote Friday.

‘Colors of sea life that make up underwater rainbows, and countless star fish lining the ocean floor, a marine constellation.

‘Watching you experience your childhood dream these last few weeks has been the greatest honor Hansee. Our world is better and brighter for your endless curiosity, your willingness and drive to seek and explore, your profound empathy for our planet’s creatures, your shining exuberance for life, and your deep, deep ability to love.

‘Every morning I am filled with excitement to open my eyes because I know they will greet my favorite smile and every evening, I fight sleep because I never want to leave you and the joy we experience in the day, even to the dream world 🙂

‘To know you is to love you Justin Jakob. You are my Christopher Robin forever. You make life better. You make me better.

‘HAPPY BIRTHDAY @justinlong!!! *and don’t worry, you may have ticked off a top bucket list experience, but please trust, we’re just getting started on this big, beautiful adventure. I love you xo.’

Kate’s latest Instagram post comes shortly after Justin confirmed that the two had tied the knot, just one month after the couple publicly announced their engagement in April.

During an episode of his Life Is Short podcast that aired earlier on May 9, the He’s Just Not That Into You actor had been talking about filming his project, Barbarian, in Bulgaria, and how Kate had flown to visit him on set.

‘I was there while I was like really falling in love with my now-wife,’ he told his guest, fellow actress Kate Sedgwick. ‘She came to visit and I had never been comfortable with…set visits.’

‘I like to separate the relationship… But, yeah, I loved having her there and we just had the most magical time. It helped me having her there. She’d help me with scenes. It was the best,’ he stated.

An insider spoke to Page Six and confirmed that the performers tied the knot at the The Rockaway Hotel in Queens.

According to the source, the couple discovered the location after attending a promotional event for the actress’ collaboration with Roxy.

The insider stated: ‘They fell in love with the vibe of the hotel, and they decided to get married the next day right then and there!’

They added that the pair held ‘a very low-key ceremony. Onlookers thought it was an engagement photo shoot of some sort — not an actual wedding.’
