It comes after Kate shared a rare photo of her eldest stepson Lorenz as she celebrated his 18th birthday in July.
The former TOWIE star, 33, who threw him a lavish party, wrote a sweet tribute that she uploaded her Instagram Story.
Sharing a photo of them at the bash, Kate said Lorenz was now ‘towering over her’ compared to a throwback snap of them together.
She wrote: ‘Happy 18th birthday to our eldest. I am forever proud of you and so grateful I have you in my life.
‘Keep shining. Love you always xxx.’
Rio also shared a montage of photos and added: ‘What a young man this one is growing up to be. We couldn’t be prouder. Love you Renz.’
Kate and Rio – who tied the knot in September 2019 – share son Cree, three, and daughter Shae, who celebrated her first birthday this month.

While Kate is step-mum to Rio’s children Lorenz, 18, Tate, 15, and Tia, from his first wife Rebecca Ellison, who tragically passed away in 2015 after a short battle with breast cancer.
