She was a picture of innocence when she shot to fame almost three decades ago.
But Kate Moss has revealed that nothing could be further from the truth.
She said she lost her virginity aged just 14 – just days before she was first scouted by an agent.
The supermodel, now 44, said she thought she was ‘the bee’s knees’ after having sex for the first time.

Miss Moss was spotted at JFK airport in New York in 1988 by Storm Models founder Sarah Doukas.
She said: ‘I was 14 and I’d just lost my virginity. So I thought I was the bee’s knees.
‘I was in the airport puffing away. I’d got on the plane and then Sarah’s brother came up to me and said “Have you ever thought about being a model?”’
In the interview with Love magazine, the mother of one, who has appeared on over 30 covers of British Vogue, said she had never considered a career in the industry at the time due to her ‘bow legs’ and ‘crooked teeth’.
She said: ‘Never, never, never. I was short, I had bow legs and cooked teeth and nobody thought I was the prettiest girl in the school. I was just really skinny, which was a disadvantage at the time.’
It was revealed that Miss Moss had lost her virginity in her early teens in the biography, Champagne Supernovas, by Maureen Callaghan, but the supermodel had never confirmed this herself until now.
The tell-all book, released in 2014, claimed to lift the lid on Miss Moss’ rise to establishing herself as fashion icon.
It also spoke of her wild partying habits and how she had consumed large amounts of drink and drugs.
In the interview, Miss Moss also said that she believed she had entered the modelling industry too young.

She added: ‘I mean I was alone as well. I wouldn’t let my daughter do it that young. I was just thrown into an adult world.’
Despite having been on the cover of over 100 fashion magazines, Miss Moss said she did not think she was good at modelling until recently.
Asked if she was confident in her abilities at the start of her career, she said: ‘No, not until much later. It’s not really until quite recently that I know, not that I’m good at it but it is something that I can do. But that’s probably years and years of training.’
She may have grown up in front of the camera lens, but Miss Moss said that she hates camera phones.
She added: ‘I don’t see it as a friend. It’s always been more of a love/hate thing. Its paparazzi and people at those parties and I don’t like it. Camera phones I don’t like. But when I’m at work it’s a whole different thing.’
