‘I’ve never been a gym bunny or anything like that,’ she told W magazine. ‘I was always, like, “Ugh.”
‘It made me feel ill, but now I’ve actually started working out. I’m really quite into it. I’m at very early stages, but I’ve joined a gym and all that, and it’s made me feel really good.’
And modelling work hasn’t waned either – Kate stepped out of semi-retirement to model for the Versace Spring 2018 show in January.

Appearing in her first runway show in years, Kate was once again at model BFF Naomi Campbell’s side.
Kate recently confessed that she ‘still gets excited’ by brand new modelling campaigns.
She told The Guardian: ‘I think because I still turn up for work wanting to get a picture that hasn’t been done. I still get excited, and I like being part of the process of creating an image.
‘I mean, I’m still shocked when I get a campaign! What do you think? How many years have you been doing this?’
