Kate Ritchie reveals the wild accusation her ex-husband Stuart Webb made after their divorce

Kate Ritchie has revealed the wild allegation levelled at her by her ex-husband Stuart Webb following the couple’s divorce.

The former Home and Away star, 46, tied the knot with Stuart in 2010, but the pair parted ways nine years later in 2020.

Now, four years after the split, it appears that there are still some unresolved issues between the pair.

Speaking to Aussie superstar Chris Hemsworth and his Transformers One co-star Bryan Tyree Henry on her Fitzy and Wippa with Kate Richie Nova breakfast show, Kate admitted she may have held onto Stuart’s Transformers toy collection.

‘We divorced and left the marital home and we divided all of our things,’ Kate began.

‘He is still asking me where his box of Transformers are because he thinks in the division of assets, I kept his Transformers.’

Bryan asked the former soap star if she knew at the time that Stuart came with Transformers and Kate said she was only aware that he came with a dog.

‘Does he know at all that maybe this is why the divorce happened, because of the Transformers?’ Bryan asked.

‘No, no,’ Kate replied. ‘I mean a collection of Transformers is the epitome of attractiveness.’

Clearly chuffed with the revelation, both actors let out a laugh before Chris attempted to make Kate confess her deception.

‘Can you admit now that you have the Transformers,’ Chris asked in interrogation mode.

‘I don’t know where they are,’ Kate bluntly protested.

Sensing she knew more than she was letting on, Bryan, who voices Megatron in the new sci-fi flick, pressed Kate further.

‘It’s a safe space,’ he said. ‘Do you know where the transformers are?’

After a very long pause with Kate shifting her glance from Chris to Bryan, she finally ‘fessed up to her ‘crime’.

‘They might be in a shoebox in the garage, or they might be in the bin,’ she admitted.

Kate’s bombshell was met with roars of laughter from Chris and Bryan as her radio co-star Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli added his own take on the toy tussle.

‘They might have transformed into recycling,’ he joked.

Kate was reduced to tears on air back in March when country star Troy Cassar Daley made an impromptu appearance on he Nova show.

During the segment, Kate couldn’t help but get emotional as she explained how Troy was due to play at her wedding to ex Stuart Webb, but was unable to attend.

He then started singing the song he composed and was supposed to perform on her big day, which was called Make the Most (of Everyday With You).

Kate continued to sob as he played a portion of the song live on-air.

But the segment wasn’t all tears, with Troy and Kate also reliving their time together on the celebrity singing competition It Takes Two.
