Sciame made extensive renovations and tried to sell the entire property for $28million in 2011.

But in 2012, Sciame upped the price to $30 million after he gained approval to build an additional 3,000-square-foot home on one of the lots.

In 2013 the entire property was taken off the market, only to be put back on about a year later.

At the time, Sciame said he changed strategies in regard to how he planned to sell the properties.
