She’s gearing up for an upcoming US tour alongside fellow musician husband David Foster.
But Katharine McPhee showed she’s still committed to her Broadway responsibilities as she arrived to perform in a showing of her musical Waitress on Friday in NYC.
The 35-year-old American Idol alum kept her face free of makeup revealing a dewy complexion.

She donned a bright red coat and kept her belongings in a crossbody bag with a chain link.
McPhee made her Broadway debut in 2018 as Jenna in the production at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre.
She rejoined the show on Nov. 25 and is closing it out in its final performance on Sunday.

The musical follows a waitress named Jenna who finds out she’s pregnant with her abusive husband’s baby, and the only way out is the grand prize of a pie contest.
McPhee first starred as Jenna during her original run from April to August of last year.
She later originated the leading role on London’s West End back in March of this year.

Jenna was originated off-Broadway in 2015 by Jessie Mueller, before heading to Broadway the next year.
She’s also been played by Betsy Wolfe, Nicolette Robinson, Shoshana Bean, Jordin Sparks and Sara Bareilles.
Bareilles wrote the music and lyrics for the show, which features a book by Jessie Nelson.
It was nominated for four Tony Awards in 2016, including Best Original Score and Best Musical.
McPhee has been wed to Foster since June 2019.
