Australian personal trainer Kayla Itsines has had a hugely successful 12 months.
The Bikini Body Guide founder was named Forbes fitness influencer of the year, she placed 40th in the Young Rich List with her $46 million empire and she reached an online following of 8.9 million.
And now, the 26-year-old has added Hollywood A-lister Katherine Heigl to her long list of celebrity clients after the actress credited the fitness star’s SWEAT app for her weight loss.

Heigl said an upcoming vacation and a new job fuelled her desire to feel ‘fit, strong and sexy’ and ‘finally lose the last of my baby weight’
‘It’s been almost 14 months since Joshua Jr [Heigl’s son] was born and it has taken me about that long to really get back in shape,’ the former Grey’s Anatomy star wrote next to a before and after collage.
‘The first pic was taken one month after he was born. The second pic was taken almost a full year later and the last pic was taken this weekend.
‘I wish I had a few from in between the first and second so you could really see how slow my progress was but I was busy covering it all up those months, not posing in my unders!’
She said she came across Kayla’s program through influencer Rach Parcell, who recently showed off amazing results after completing the program
‘I found a fantastic app called Sweat that features several different programs you can choose from and makes it incredibly easy to do anywhere, which for me means in my bedroom at home,’ Heigl said

She concluded the post by saying she was grateful to ‘find those ab muscles and get my butt back up where it belongs and make the health of my body a priority’.
Fashion blogger Rach Parcell said she felt more confident than ever in a bikini since starting Kayla’s program.
‘I never would have thought in a million years that I would feel more confident in a swimsuit being a mom of two than I did in high school and college,’ she said.
The Sweat app workouts are all 28 minutes and can be completed at home, or in the gym.
‘It’s a real program that provides real results and I love connecting with other women who try it and end up loving it as much as I do. It really is life changing, more so mentally because it’s so empowering and made me feel in control of my body and mind and how far I could push myself in 28 minutes.’
The Sweat app workouts are all 28 minutes and can be completed at home, or in the gym.
Those who use it can choose between Resistance, Cardio and Recovery workout options before completing as many exercises in each circuit as possible in seven minutes before moving on.
Suggested Meal Plans is also a feature of the SWEAT App and the meal plans change daily and weekly to correspond with your new workout week.
