Katherine Ryan gives an insight into her daughter Fenna’s christening on Tuesday as she shares a slew of sweet family photos. 

The comedienne, 41, and her husband Bobby Koostra have two children together Fenna, two, and Fred, three. She also has a 15-year-old daughter Violet from her previous relationship with boyfriend Alex Edelman.

In an update shared to Instagram, Katherine looked elegant in a white turtleneck top, with crochet detailing and wide leg trousers.  

She teamed it with a pair of metallic heels and opted for a subtle makeup look, while the rest of her family co-ordinated their outfits. 

Fenna was dressed in a traditional white dress with a green velvet cape an adorable silver shoes.

Katherine captioned the update: ‘God bless Fenna Grace.’ 

Recently, she took a swipe at male comics who spend months away from their families while on tour – as she reveals she will travel three hours to get home to sleep with her children.

The TV personality said she ‘tours like a mum not like a dad’ and said her children don’t like her being away.

‘I’m gone at 3pm every day,’ Katherine said speaking on the Dish podcast, ‘I tour like a mum, not like a dad.’

‘So the boys in my industry they just disappear for ten months, and I have to go back and forth and zigzag and I still sleep with the children because they wake up in the night and I just don’t feel like an infant should be unattended ever.

‘North of Leeds I will sleep over, but anything within three hours I am coming home.’

Katherine, who is currently on a sellout UK tour, said she regretted taking her family with her when she toured in 2021.

‘My daughter will vomit with rage when I leave a room. They don’t deal with me leaving very well.’

Katherine and her husband Bobby were childhood sweethearts at high school and reconnected decades later before marrying and having two children together.

She added: ‘With my son who just turned three, that was my last tour when he was born.

‘I was bringing the entire family, we were like the Osbourne’s and that was a mistake.

‘Because I don’t think Romesh (Ranganthan) is handed a screaming infant when he comes off stage. So that was too much.’
