Kathryn Crosby, the widow of the legendary actor, singer and Oscar winner Bing Crosby, has died at age 90.
Kathryn racked up an impressive acting resume of her own, including star-making turns in Anatomy of a Murder, Operation Mad Ball and The 7th Voyage Of Sinbad, before marrying Crosby in 1957.
She was born in West Columbia, Texas, on November 24, 1933, and she graduated with a degree in fine arts from the University of Texas before moving to Hollywood to seek fame and fortune in 1953.
Kathryn met Bing while interviewing him for a column she wrote for her hometown newspaper about life in Hollywood.
The couple married in 1957, when she was 23 and Bing was 54, and she remained married to him until his death in 1977.
