Kathy Griffin says that all guy comics are ‘pigs’ and that they routinely exposed themselves to her in the 90s

Kathy Griffin describes male comedians as ‘pigs’ and says that years ago, they would routinely expose themselves to her, and even pull pranks that integrated acts of sexual assault.

‘Guy comics are pigs,’ the 62-year-old comedian told Page Six Thursday. ‘They’re all pigs. I’ve been around a long time. I’ve seen all their penises.’

The Emmy-winning comic went into detail about the nature of the pranks involved, which often involved men exposing their genitals.

‘I’ve been at every party back in the day when they’d be like, “Kat, look! My penis is a wristwatch!” she said. ‘I’m like, “Yes, I get it. We’ve seen it again.”‘

The Oak Park, Illinois native – who did not name any perpetrators – said that many of the incidents she was speaking about occurred during the 1990s.

The latest: Kathy Griffin, 62, describes male comedians as ‘pigs’ to Page Six Thursday and says that years ago, they would routinely expose themselves to her, and even pull pranks that integrated acts of sexual assault. She was pictured last year in LA

She said that at parties in the comedy community, it was commonplace for men to grope her ‘with an exposed penis.’

She added, ‘That was like a big joke in my day where one of the guys would grab you and pretend like he was like, butt f***ing you – and it happened to all of us.’

Griffin said that her friends often regarded her as ‘one of them,’ adding, ‘They don’t think of me as a girl.’

She added that she believes male comedians frequently find partners ‘who are too hot for them,’ pointing at Pete Davidson and his dating history.

‘He’s like, in a way, he’s like a typical guy comic because guy comics always get women that are too hot for them,’ Griffin said of the SNL personality, who has past dated Emily Ratajkowski, Kim Kardashian and Ariana Grande. ‘And I think it makes them lose their minds.’

She added that she felt ‘a lot of these guys are not … conventionally attractive,’ noting, ‘I’m just going to say that because I’ve been called ugly my whole career. So these guys don’t just want a nice girl or a good woman.’

Griffin clarified to Page Six that she thinks Davidson is a ‘talented’ entertainer.

She joked that using him as an example of the dynamic she was trying to illustrate was out of ‘pure bitterness’ for his success as she continues to look to jumpstart her career.
