Filming started in 2022 however the production company has to suspend filming due to the property being too ‘dirty’ to film in.

An insider told The Sun: ‘There are piles of old clothes and free gifts Katie has been sent, and bags of litter and old hangers.

‘It’s very dirty in the parts of the house that haven’t been made over yet, and it’s damp and mouldy – the warm weather recently hasn’t helped.

‘They had to call in a specialist company to shift a lot of the stuff out so it’s safe for the crew to go in.’

The source added: ‘I think it’s filled up with rubbish again since the last show was filmed.’

It comes after Katie is allegedly facing a new council row after her fiancé Carl Wood’s turned her mucky mansion into a secondhand car lot, again.

The car-salesman was spotted using the grounds of the models dilapidated West Sussex home to flog a fleet of his cars earlier this year, after formerly running his business from his dad’s home in Essex.

On Wednesday, Carl sparked another investigation after a ‘Mercedes, Range Rover, Jaguar and VW Beetle’ were spotted outside, after the previous probe was closed in March, according to The Sun.

The publication reports that the previous investigation was launched in December last year but later closed, with a second now ‘pending consideration.’

If trading vehicles from home, planning laws require that planning permission should be applied for to change the use of the premises.

It could be deemed to affect the ‘environment, highway safety, the character of the area and neighbours homes’ the decision for Carl’s case is due on December 5.

MailOnline have contacted representatives of the couple for comment.

In December, Carl bolstered his car business and is now selling 12 luxury used cars at her Mucky Mansion in Horsham.

He added to his collection as his advert on Autotrader inviting potential customers to his partner’s former home, with buyers able to chose from 12 motors including a £24,995 Porsche Panamera and a £31,995 Mercedes M Class.

It comes as Katie was handed a 16-week suspended sentence and two-year driving ban for crashing her uninsured BMW X5 while disqualified and under the influence.

Despite not being able to legally get behind the wheel herself, it hasn’t stopped Katie’s partner from flogging his luxurious used vehicles on her property, with the hunk having added more cars.
