The 33-year-old Firework singer, who serves as a judge on the recently revived talent show, wowed in an off-shoulder silver sequinned gown, which hugged her curves.

With her pink tinged hair swept back back in a short, sleek style, the California native accessorised with a pair of oversized chandelier earrings.
Meanwhile, her natural beauty was highlighted with a rich palette of makeup that included blush, deep pink lipstick and lashings of eyeliner.

After the top 10 contestants were named on the show, Katy took to Instagram to share a snap of herself and her fellow judges posing with the excited hopefuls.
She captioned the image, which showed her wearing Minnie Mouse ears: ‘My [heart] has been on a roller coaster tonight. Congratulations to the Top [10] America, if you truly are a fan of one of these singers, you must vote.’
Her appearance on the show comes after she confirmed that she’s ‘spoken for’, months after she was reported to have rekindled her romance with Orlando Bloom.

In an Entertainment Tonight interview alongside her American Idol co-judges Lionel and Luke, the trio were asked about the possibility of dating a contestant.
Luke teased: ‘Yes, Katy’s like that. She totally could.’
However, Katy quickly shot back: ‘No, I’m sorry I have been spoken for and speak for myself. And I’m very happy!’
When Entertainment Tonight presenter Lauren Zima clarified she is ‘spoken for right now’, the 33-year-old pop beauty clarified: ‘Yeah, girl, of course I am!’
Earlier in the day, Katy had posted an Instagram Story of herself holding a picture of Lord of the Rings actor Orlando holding a brush captioned ‘Orlando Broom’, leading Lauren to enquire: ‘Are you a Mrs. Broom?’

Last month, the I Kissed a Girl hitmaker posted a flirty comment when 41-year-old British actor Orlando shared a shirtless selfie on Instagram.
She wrote: ‘Oh hey! I was actually looking for a washboard to do my laundry on.’
And during a gig in Japan a few weeks ago, the pop star dedicated a track to her ‘bubbadoo’ who made her feel loved.

Katy – who was previously married to Russell Brand from 2010 to 2012 – was said to be ‘devastated’ when she and Orlando broke up last year.
A source previously said: ‘She was truly devastated… She did a lot of soul searching and feels she is ready for a relationship.
‘Orlando was begging [for] her back, soon after the break-up. Katy knew she was in no way ready, but they continued to talk regularly. They were best friends at the very least.’
