Meanwhile during the evening’s episode which aired on ABC Katy got all hot and bothered over Texan rocker Cade Foehner as he made it into the top five on Sunday’s American Idol.

‘I know that you’re a man of god but honestly I was feeling a little backslidden watching over you, I don’t know what is coming over me, I could be your babysitter,’ growled the 33-year-old pop star.
‘The children are out of control,’ giggled Lionel Richie, as Katy fanned her face and armpits theatrically.

‘She’s obsessed with you, sorry dad,’ she told Caleb.
Jurnee did Prince’s classic Kiss.
‘Congratulations, you took care of business,’ said Lionel, who also praised her stage partner, Sheila E., a musician who worked with Prince ‘throughout every part of his career.’
‘Well you look like a snack,’ cooed Katy, who wanted more ‘teeth’ from Jurnee next time.
‘The point is to spread his [Prince’s] legacy,’ added Sheila E.
For her birth year track Jurnee chose her parents wedding song Brian McKnight’s Back At One from 1999.
‘For me, that wasn’t my favorite rendition of the song,’ said Katy.
