Tobi Pearce, the ex-husband of fitness entrepreneur Kayla Itsines has offloaded his magnificent Adelaide penthouse apartment.
The entrepreneur purchased the two-storey abode atop the city’s Realm skyscraper for $5.287 million in 2021 following his split from fellow-fitness influencer, Kayla.
With the 2021 purchase setting a new state apartment record at the time, The Advertiser reported the recent listing was tipped to break its own record, with a price guide of between $5.7 and $6.25 million.
However, Tobi had to walk away from the stunning home with a small loss, with the publication reporting the property changed hands, this month, for $5.1 million.
The expansive home boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a study, a cinema room, wine cellar, and two kitchens.
It also features a rooftop entertaining deck with built-in barbecue, wood fire pizza oven, and bar.
The home also offers access to the complex’s many amenities, including a wellbeing zone, sauna and steam room, cross-fit enabled gym and climbing wall.
Kayla and fiancée Tobi split in August 2020 after the couple had built a global fitness empire, SWEAT, worth $696 million.

The fitness queen who shares a one-year-old daughter Arna Leia with Tobi, broke the news to her 12.6million Instagram fans.
‘After eight years together, Tobi and I have come to the difficult decision to separate as a couple. We will always be family, and remain good friends and devoted parents to Arna,’ Itsines wrote.
‘We have grown up together in Adelaide, sharing a lifetime of experiences and special memories from moving into our first apartment and starting SWEAT from our lounge room to becoming parents to our beautiful daughter.

The female fitness coach married Jae Woodroffe after he popped the question in July 2022. The couple tied the knot in December last year.

Tobi, meanwhile moved on with fitness influencer Rachel Dillon with the pair tying the knot in a lavish Italian ceremony in May this year.
The pair recently sold their opulent Gold Coast mansion for $7.7 million in March.
Located at Mermaid Waters, 6.9kms from the CBD, and named Armorel, the home sold ahead of auction and is the highest residential sale recorded in suburb.
The pair broke their own record – the highest price for a home sold in the area was The White House, a mansion also owned by the couple.
